The service costs nothing to setup.

 

The first month is free and then there is a subscription of £15 per month paid to Clubentries for the use of the service.

The amount of the subscription may go up or down depending on the level of usage.

 

Entry fees are processed by Paypal's secure payment service

• Clubs are required to have their own business Paypal account to receive payments.
• Competitors pay a booking fee for each set of entries made.
• Competitors pay entry fees and booking fee directly into the club's Paypal account either using a Paypal account or by credit/debit card.
• The booking fee is initially set to £1 but can be varied if the club requires.
• Paypal will deduct a processing fee of 2.9% plus 30p per transaction.
• Pony clubs that have charity status can claim a reduced rate
