A very flexible admin system that
- allows you to set up an event to your own specification
- list and download entries,
- list and download account summary
- upload schedules for competitors to download
- upload event times

- set entries to close automatically on day specified
- set maximum number of entries allowed for each class
Email notification of entries are sent to the competitor and event organiser as soon as payment has been processed
Entry forms can be customised with up to 10 custom fields
- Up to 96 classes can be included for each event
- a mandatory first aid class can be included where required.
- a donation class can be included where user can specify the amount they wish to donate.

- up to 5 checkboxes can be attached to classes to collect info for particular classes.
- Custom field 10 can be used for the club's private policy
There is a subscription of £15 per month for the use of the service with the first month free.
The amount of the subscription may go up or down depending on the level of usage.
- Clubs are required to have their own business Paypal account to receive payments.
- Payments are made using Paypal via a Paypal account or credit/debit card and are paid directly into the club's Paypal account
- Competitors pay a booking fee for each set of entries made.
- The booking fee is paid to the club. It is initially set to £1 but can be changed if the club requires.
- Paypal will deduct a processing fee of 2.9% plus 30p per transaction.
Data is backed up on a regular basis.

- "We do not store financial information or share with 3rd party providers.
Cancellation Policy:
- The booking fee is not refundable.
- Clubs are responsible for setting their own refund policy.
- Monthly subscriptions to our service may be cancelled at any time but no refunds will be given.
