Remove Schedule, Times and Results

There is now a facility to remove Schedule, Times and Results from display if required.

Tickets

To allow multiple tickets for events to be sold.

An extra option 'Tickets' has been added for the type of class. This enables users to buyt multiple tickets with a single entry.

When setting up event there is an option to have a third(extra) payment field.

Ability to upload and download results for an event

Request to be able to display results on the online entry front page.

The results for an event can now be uploaded in the same way as the schedule and times and downloaded from the front page of the online site.

Add Universal Private policy to appear in all events.

Simplify using Private Policy and tidy up displays and email notifications.

A global or Universal Private Policy can be set on the Admin Profile page. This will automatically appear on the rider's details page for each event overiding any individual policy that has been set for an event. The user will be asked to select 'I DO CONSENT' before they can proceed with their entry. The entry summary and email notification have been tidied up.

Private policy can be added to custom field 10. This appears on rider details form and user must consent before they are allowed to proceed.

User events and admin events can be viewed in either ascending or descendig date order.

Edit entry details

Need to change details after entry has been made

Entry details can be edited. The list entries option has link to view and edit order details. It is not possible to change classes entered.

Checkboxes

To add flexability to collection of data

Checkboxes- up to five tick boxes can be set up against a particular class. The labels on the boxes can be customised. Classes are entered by clicking on one box.

Edit Classes-change class order

To make it easier to alter order of classes without re-entering

You may alter the order of the classes by clicking on the up and down arrows. This is particularly useful if you need to add a class to the middle of the list. Simply add it to the bottom and move it upwards one line at a time. Any entries that have been made are changed appropriately.

When setting up an event it is now possible to define up to 10 custom fields.

ORT option added to class type drop down menu

To enable O, R or T to be selected for affilliated dressage classes.

If a class is designated 'ORT' then three checkboxes, labelled 'O','R' and 'T' appear on user entry fomr. WHen one of thes is checked that class is entered and O,R or T appears on the entry info.

Submit button on class entry

To improve procedure when entering classes.

Submit Entry button is hidded until a class is entered. An extra Submit Entry button placed at the bottom of the form.

Change wording of 'Download Schedule'

Make the wording more appropriate for Membership Forms or Booking Forms.

When using the 'Upload Schedule' facility, admins are given the option to change the wording that appears after the word 'Download'.

Custom fields can be made to be requiredfield by starting the name with an asterisk, "*".

Close entries automatically

Ability to set event to close for entries automatically after closure date

Event can now be set to 'Closed for Entries', 'Open for Entries'or to 'Close automatically'. The default is 'Closed for entries'. If 'Close Automatically' is selected then entries will close at midnight on the day set for closure. It is of course possible to set the event to 'Open for Entries' again or alter the closure date.

Max no of entries for each class

Ability to set maximum number of entries for each class of event

Maximum number of entries may be set for each class. Once this number is reached class is automatically closed for entries. (It may be opened again by increasing max no in admin section.)If max no left blank, then no automatic closure occurs.

Need to have extra member types.

Clubs can now have more than Senior, Junior and Non Member as member types. Please apply to admin@clubentries.co.uk if you wish to have more member types.

Archive

Need to archive events

Click on the ARCHIVE button on the EVENTS page. Archived events can be be viewed by clicking the 'ARCHIVEDEVENTS' button on the main menu and unarchived if wished.

Accounts

To enable clubs to reconcile income with particular events

Click on the ACCOUNTS button on the Events page and a summary of the account for that event is displayed. It may also be downloaded in csv format for use in a spreadsheet.

Original contact page sent feedback to administrator not to club.

Contact page now lists active events with an email link to the event organiser(i.e the email address designated for email notifications)

New check for mandatory first aid

Previous check was after entry had been made and was bit confusing

New check is made when entry is submitted, when users are entering classes.
Any combination of the words 'First aid' in the class no field is taken to mean that the class is mandatory.
